"As KIS access is now linked to individual users and their RPTU accounts, it is no longer possible to generate a KIS access that is shared by several users. In the future, an error message will appear when attempting to log in with an RPTU account name of a functional account. This is particularly important for data protection and tracking of changes in the system.
If, for example, assistants require KIS access in order to assume certain roles within KIS, they must be created as a user with their own data record in KIS.
It is possible to store the RPTU account name of the student account in the user records.
