"Approx. data capacity": the data capacity refers to the data to be backed up.
"Full computer name": only a DNS names are accepted. It is mandatory to register a DNS name on https://www.rhrk.uni-kl.de/ipform/ipform , in order to have a fixed allocation. DHCP/SLAAC addresses are not accepted.
"PVUs": If you are unsure about the specification, you can assume 70/core. This suffices almost always.
