I would like to terminate an account. How can I do that?

The employment status of an employee can be modified in the web interface at https://accounts.rptu.de
Only supervisors and authorized personnel can make this adjustment for employees within their department or working group.

Employee accounts expire with either a fixed term date or a contract term.
  • The fixed term date must be renewed manually in the web interface.
  • The contract term is automatically synchronized (including changes such as early termination or contract renewal).
Once an account reaches its end of contract, it automatically undergoes the termination process.
  1. Warning. You will receive an email that the account is pending for the termination.
  2. Suspension. The account will be locked.
  3. Termination. The account will be permanently deleted. Restoration is not possible.
