As an employee, I am changing the work group / department / faculty. What happens to my account?

If you change the workgroup / department / faculty as an employee, it would be easiest if your new workgroup / department / faculty head creates an application for an employee account on https://accounts.rhrk.uni-kl.de/login for you.

Be sure to include the following in the comment field:
  • your username
  • that this account already exists
  • and only needs to be moved
With this information we can move your account as soon as possible.
In this case, the TAN generated by the application is not required.
