If you have lost your chip card, there is no time to lose.
Have your chip card disabled at the chip card service point responsible for you.
- Employees: University Library (Building 32)
- Students: Student Service Center (Building 47)
- Visitors: Studierendenwerk InfoPoint (Building 30)
However, this does not delete the link between the RHRK account and the chip card. This means the card can still be used for printing and copying at the multifunctional devices (follow-me) on campus. See instructions for disabling the chip card.
